i don't do much painting.. other than in photoshop, but i wanted to do a fullsize rough of what one of my pieces might look like. this is the result. the second picture includes the elusive dave chesar as a reference for scale... he's not around much, so i figured i should take a picture of him to cherish when he's away.
for the main lobby i was playing around with a painting style i've used a couple times before. they're just basic color field pieces. when it dries i'll probably add some more detailing. formal art isn't really my strong suit, but i do have fun making these, so i figured i'd propose it.
i should have had dave pose with this painting too...
